Sentinel is Honeywell’s multi-function display (MFD) and VFR navigation system designed principally for helicopters to serve the critical needs of emergency medical, executive and utility helicopter service owners and operators.
Sentinel is a point product that provides raster charts, vectored mapping, relative terrain, traffic information and checklists. Features include own ship and target location, vertical profile down track, blended terrain views, traffic pop-ups, aeronautical Navdata and Address databases, all accessed through a new and powerful on board search engine.
Flying can be a demanding task and Sentinel is designed to ease, not add to pilot workload; the simple menu structure and clear display gives situational awareness a new dimension. Whether your flight is local, national or international, with 24GB of on-board data storage, the Sentinel provides high resolution raster mapping over an entire continent, giving you unlimited flexibility and range.
